Bilek Istanbul Hotel

The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice and there was a thick curtain for the late sleepers like me. It was quiet in the mornings, and the bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. I was surprised to learn there is a pool as I didn't pay attention to this when booking. The pool was warm and big enough for me (though I went swimming at 8am and swam alone). The location of the hotel is perfect on ~7 mins from the metro and 3 mins from the buses for the ITU. I liked the surroundings - lots of small shops and places to eat. It was safe enough to come back from the metro past 12.

I keep staying here since years because of the hotel's very convenient location to metro, the Istanbul banking district and even to the airport, who is just a 30 minutes ride by taxi away. This time I particularly liked how the hotel management had used the time to work on past shortcomings. The lobby is now shining bright and makes an inviting impression. Some furniture was replaced by modern pieces and the bar is working in evening hours....and most important: the friendly and helpful staff is still around. I liked it a lot and I will certainly return to Bilek, whenever my path will take me to Istanbul again.

Central very good Location, walking distance from metro station, staff very helpful and responsive use the pool and the Turkish path it’s really good and relaxing .. free of charge.. Sahra thank you very much you are one of the best performing reception staff, you are a five star ⭐️ I will for sure be back again in my next stay ,,

Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, I’d like to nominate the front office manager Mr Turhan Ural, Mr Belboy Hasan and Mr Sahra Tarkan. Also liked the rooms decorations and perfumers in the hotel
